Workshops and Programs: FAQs
Would you happen to offer snacks? | Yes, children are provided with fruit, water, and juice during a 15-minute break in all workshops. |

Is there parking at the clinic? | No. However, street parking is available on surrounding streets. |
Is individual feedback included at the end of the prog | Individual feedback after holiday workshops is not included, but it is included for the Term programs. You will receive general group feedback via email from the facilitator following the school holiday workshop. You can go ahead and book a 15-minute feedback session following the workshop, which will be charged according to our Schedule of Fees. |
Do parents stay for the duration of the workshop? | No, however, we encourage a parent or caregiver to come in, see the clinic and meet the group facilitator(s) at the beginning of the workshop. There are parks and cafes surrounding our clinics if you wish to stay in the area whilst your child participates in the group. |

Do you offer refunds? | No. Please take a look at the Terms and Conditions. |
Can I claim my child's workshop on Medicare? | No. Medicare does not cover workshops. You can find out more about what services are covered by Medicare here. |
Who is running my child's workshop? | Sessions are facilitated by experienced and suitably trained psychologists or facilitators. |
