How to Make, Change or Cancel an Appointment Online
We know how busy life can be these days, so we’ve made it easy to manage your appointments at any hour of the day through our online booking system!
Making an Appointment
To make an appointment online, visit our website and navigate to any page of our website and look for the Book an Appointment button.
To begin, click on the green Book an Appointment button. This will open a new window which will prompt you to select your location, service, date and time preferences from the choices available.
Once you’ve made your choice, fill in your details and click “confirm”.
A confirmation email should reach your inbox in one or two minutes. Easy right?
Cancelling or Changing an Existing Appointment
To cancel or change the time of an existing appointment, you will need to refer to the confirmation email you received at the time of booking. You will have received this email whether you booked online, at the front desk, or by phone.
Towards the bottom of the email you’ll find a green button saying “View or Change My Appointment”.
Once you click this button, you’ll be given a choice to either “Cancel” or “Change” your appointment. By selecting “Cancel”, your booking will be completely removed from all of our systems.
By Selecting “Change”, you will be brought back to the calendar view for you to select a new date and time for your appointment.
One you've made your selection, a new confirmation email will be sent to you with the updated time and date of your booking.
