Thank you for your interest in our services. We understand that seeking support for your child is an important step, and we’re committed to providing the highest quality care when we are able to see you.

Our Current Waitlist Process

We maintain a structured waitlist to ensure fair access to our services. Once you’re added to the waitlist, we’ll contact you when an appointment becomes available. The waiting period may vary depending on your child’s needs and our current capacity.


Please note that Quirky Kid is not able to provide emergency services. If you are in an emergency, please call 000.

Support While You Wait

While you're on our waitlist, we encourage you to explore our range of online resources and workshops. These valuable tools can provide immediate support and strategies for you and your child.

To be added to the waitlist, kindly complete an application online. Our team may call you soon after you apply to obtain additional information.


Whilst Waiting

During your time on our waitlist, you're welcome to contact our support team for updates about your position. You can reach us by email or phone during business hours.

Consultation Offer

Once we are able to accept a new referral, we'll let you know via email or by phone. You will be invited to book at least five appointments, which typically include:
  • 1 x Initial Parent Only Consultation
  • 3 x Child Only Sessions
  • 1 x Parent Feedback  (30-minute call)

You can choose not to book the sessions in advance; however, this may impact the availability and frequency of your intervention. In terms of available appointment times, after-school bookings are often very limited.

The Quirky Kid Clinic is not an emergency service provider. If you're concerned about your child's immediate safety or well-being, please seek appropriate emergency care:

Staying Connected

We’ll contact you as soon as an appointment becomes available. To help us serve you better:

  • Please inform us if your contact details change
  • Let us know if you no longer require our services
  • Keep your GP informed of any significant changes in your child's condition
