When will my order be shipped?

This article discusses the shipping terms and conditions and other relevant details for orders placed on The Quirky Kid Shoppe website. The official terms and conditions are those available here: http://therapeuticresources.com.au/terms/ and this article do not substitute those terms. 

When you place an order at The Quirky Kid Shoppe we aim to dispatch it to you as soon as possible. Some orders are sent on the same day. Most orders are sent together but some orders may be sent separately. 

In general terms, we send orders every Wednesday and Friday. It is often the case that your order will arrive within 2-4 business days after dispatch. We use Australian Post for most orders. 

If your full order is not available at the time it is processed by our staff, we will wait 5 business days before posting so we can send all items together. If after that time any missing items do not arrive, we will send it separately in multiple shipping as required.
